Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranty on products offered on our website. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and adjusting for any offers that may have been given to you at the time of purchase of the products). Customer must notify Product Returns for refund within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer. When returning goods, please provide details like your name, your customer code, order number, date of purchase, name of the products, payment mode and the reason for returning the products.

Note:

1. Book should not be damaged.

2. The refund will be initiated after the parcel is returned back to Lawpustak's  office and its authentication is checked by team lawpustak. 

3. No Refund will be initiated if the book returned is fraudulently changed or replaced with any other book.

4. We will be refunding the amount within 24hours after we have received the returned parcel. 

5. Customer Must Notify (Return of Order) within 7 days from the date of delivery of that particular order, else it will not be considerable for return.

Cancellations Policy

You can cancel your order by dropping an email or by call on the same day or before the order is dispatched. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Due to unavailability of the books,sometimes the order may get cancelled manually by Team LawPustak.Customer will get notified by Team Lawpustak prior to cancellation.

And if the order is Pre-Paid and the book is unavailable in the market or with any or our concerned vendor, we will be refunding the amount and cancelling the order. Notification of the same will be send to the customer.
