Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

  1. Purchasing is very simple, once you have found your book through search or browse links, you can place it in your shopping Cart. Just click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button. You can add as many books as you want to your Shopping Cart. Continue to make selections and when you have filled your shopping basket, you are ready to begin the checkout process.
  2. The process of shipping starts when we receive your valuable orders along with the payment. Kindly submit your full postal address along with postal code and telephone number including the Mobile Phone number for faster transit. Packing is done with special care so that the product reaches the customer in perfect condition.
  3. The product is dispatched the very same day of ordering, if the order is placed before 1pm. Afterwards, the order is dispatched and shipped the next day, but in some circumstances where the books are to be procured from other concerned vendors then it may get delay to 2-3days for dispatchment.

Delivery Policy:

  • We provide Delivery of order by Private  courier like DTDC/ECOM EXPRESS/XPRESSBEES etc, payment of the same can be made by following options:
  1. Online payment via PAYMENT GATEWAY
  2. COD(CASH ON DELIVERY)
  • We (OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY) accept all major Credit Cards / Net Banking/ UPI  and we dispatch goods within 1-3 working days.
  • Sometimes the goods are to be procured from outside sources, and in this case the dispatch may take 3-4 days longer than usual. 
  • Via Private Courier like DTDC/ECOM EXPRESS/XPRESSBEES etc, The order may reach you within 5-7 days after dispatch. We use reputed courier service for getting the goods delivered to the desired destination.
  • Usually the courier companies are very efficient in timely delivery, but sometimes it takes longer than usual delivery time as stated, due to various regional or internal factors.
  • We are Third Party to these courier partner (i.e DTDC/ECOM EXPRESS/XPRESSBEES/SHADOWFAX etc.), we can only provide you with the tracking details. As we have integration with SHIPROCKET as our delivery partner. If any delay occurs we are there for you and we will be escalating the order from our Shiprocket backend. But the delivery is not in our hand directly or indirectly. We can just raise a ticket to Shiprocket team and they will further update the status of the order delay or the updated estimated delivery date.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the delay in delivery as it's not in our hand. But as every customer is precious to us, we will surely Co-operate with the escalation and will try to make the order deliver as soon as possible by escalating the delayed order on Shiprocket panel.
  • We will be providing you the contact details of the Shiprocket customer support team for any Delivery or shipment relating complaints or queries. You may contact Team Shiprocket directly for your order as they are our Shipment Partners.
  • This is our responsibility to provide the customer the courier AWB number or the postal department’s receipt number for tracking the order.

NOTE:

Estimated Delivery Date shown on the tracking page may get extended due to natural calamities like rain,etc/ uncontactable customer, Customer not available at the delivery address or any sort of delay by the courier person or courier service partner.but the parcel will get delivered to the customer as soon as possible if the delivery date is extended by the courier.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

1. Cash on Delivery facility is FREE for orders.

2. In case of Cash on Delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call.

3. Cash on Delivery orders will be confirmed only if your pin code is serviceable.

4. Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment.
5. Any dispute arising out is subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi.
6. If COD is not available for any location, we will inform the customer through phone call or e-mail and update the order status.
