Sales will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Products once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect.
  2. The availability and prices of the products on this website is based on the data provided by Supplier/publisher of that product. It may vary at the actual time of supply.
  3. All disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case settlement could not be reached through negotiation, the case shall be referred to neutral third party approved by both parties for arbitration. The arbitral award made by the third party is final and binding upon both parties. All disputes between SELLER and BUYER shall be resolved by an arbitration proceeding conducted at a location selected by the arbitrator within the city of Delhi in India. This Contract is issued under and is subject to Delhi Jurisdiction & law. The Delhi Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the contract.
  4. If the book is in Pre-Book Mode, that means the book has not been released yet but we are taking Pre-Orders for the same, and the delivery will be done after the book is released and dispatched by Team LawPustak. PRE-BOOKING doesn't mean that the book will be dispatch as a normal ordered book which is in stock, Pre-Booking generally includes Extra discount on the book so as to Level up the sales for our Publishers.

b. After placing an order on LawPustak, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. Please ensure you receive this confirmation email to validate your purchase.


4. Prohibited Use of Images
a. Any unauthorized use or copying of LawPustak’s product images for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
b. LawPustak reserves the right to take legal action against any entity misusing its product images.


5. Governing Law
a. Any disputes arising from the use of LawPustak’s website or services will be governed by the laws of India(Delhi)
